During the cleaning process we remove the filters from the hood, then we drape plastic sheeting under the hood into a barrel to protect your cooking equipment and catch dirty water, and we coat the hood with an industrial degreasing chemical.

Then we head to the roof to clean your exhaust fans. We coat the inside of the exhaust fan with our degreasing chemical. Depending on the type of food your establishment provides and the amount of business that comes in, the grease that builds up on your system could be extremely thick and sticky.

We open up the exhaust fan to access the underside of the fan and the vent shaft. Your exhaust fans should be attached to the roof with hinges for easy and safe access. Ask us about hinge installation if that’s something you need. After everything is coated with degreaser, we use a high powered pressure washer to rinse off all the grease.

Cleaning the filters is not part of our normal cleaning practices, but is a service we can provide during routine cleaning if requested. After pressure washing is completed we dry and polish your hoods to make them shine. A service report and before and after pictures are provided after every cleaning. We also offer multiple payment options.
